Privacy Policy

Pages are static files. Each visit leaves a routine server log line containing your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. That log keeps the site running and shows which pages are being read.

The ZIP checker compares what you type against a list already loaded in the page. The ZIP itself is never transmitted.

A call to any number on this site goes through a call-management service. It notes the caller's number, the time, the length of the call and which number was dialled. Calls may be recorded for quality and training, and when that happens an announcement says so first.

What you tell the agent, including your name, address and the heater fault, is passed to the plumbing company handling your request so that it can visit. The company uses it to schedule and complete the job.

No advertising cookies are set. Simple analytics may count visits and taps on phone numbers without storing your name or address.

You may ask not to be recorded when a call begins, and you may ask for records of a call about you to be deleted. Say so on the phone or through the contact page. The site is not aimed at children under 13.
